We provide four kinds of measuring and control equipments including Gravimetric Control System, Online Ultrasonic Thickness Measuring System, Gravimetric Blending System and Material Conveying System.. All of these products are mainly used in the extrusion line to take a measurement and control the product.

Quality Control System

We strictly control the whole production process of our measuring and control systems.

1. Quality control: The production department is responsible for inspection of mechanical assembly and testing department is responsible for the testing of electrical parts. After all of the tests are standardized that we can store and ship the products.
2. Raw material control: We inspect part or full of the components and the unqualified parts will be taken back to supplier.
3. Cooperation regulation: They inspect our measuring and control system from the aspects of the supplier’s production equipment and technique, the quality of workers and the end products.

Annual Production

We sell 3150 measuring and control systems for plastic industry every year, including 500 gravimetric extrusion control systems, 200 ultrasonic thickness measuring systems, 500 gravimetric batch blenders, 200 gravimetric continuous blenders, 400 powder feeding machine, 500weight-loss side feeder, 350centralized material conveying systems and 500 vacuum autoloaders.

2. Sales service

We will call customer or send people to visit clients to know the using situation and solve the problems of product quality. We will send the quick-wear part to clients by using a courier service.

3. After-sales service

After delivery, we will send people to help clients to install the system. With one year warranty, we provide 24 hours phone counseling service or send people to solve some difficult problems that can not be solved by phone.

4. Other service
